展览《月亮挡住了我的目光》中，陶彬通过凝视“面具”、“铁皮”等社会性遮蔽和实体化盔甲道具，接近和瓦解这些物在历史时空中短暂定着下的内外界限，以沉默之物推开表象符号与存在本体间不断翻转涌现的多重位面，使物之沉默得以自我言说、人类在集体无意识中的个体存在和情感得以被照见。 In The Moon Obscured My Sight, Tao Bin confronts socially constructed veils and other materialized armors of identity—exemplified by masks and iron sheets—dissolving their transient boundaries of interiority and exteriority amidst the historical continuum. Through these silent objects, he propels and discloses the ceaselessly inverting and emerging planes between phenomenal signifiers and ontological being, enabling the silence of objects to self-articulate, while reflecting the human individual presence and emotions submerged beneath the collective unconscious.

我们将会见证艺术家基于此观看与思考方式，通过诸如月亮遮蔽双眼、铁皮封缄这样意象化的“不在场”，以及物质肌理和身体性痕迹在绘画中的显露，经由一种考古式的重构完成缺席与在场的真理之辩。 We will witness how the artist, grounded in this mode of perception and thought, employs figurations of absence—such as the “moon-veiled eyes” and the “iron-muzzled mouth”—alongside the manifestation of material textures and bodily traces through painting, to orchestrate an archaeological reconstruction that interrogates the dialectic between absence and presence in the pursuit of truth.
